At Official Robin's Jean Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all signature tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all gold-wing hardware and decorative embellishments are protected, and include your original packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for authenticity and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
